Soak in warm water with a drop of dish soap to help remove any buildup and gently dry off with a cloth. If further cleaning is needed, a soft bristle tooth brush can be used to gently scrub hard to reach places with warm soapy water. You should remove your jewelry when exercising, cleaning, applying lotions, or doing any hard labor. Take extra care with soft stones such as opals and emeralds. When in doubt, take it off.

All shipping costs include the following for your protection and peace of mind:

• Signature upon delivery for all orders over $300 to ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry.
• Insurance for items priced up to $500, providing added security during transit.

Returns:

As each piece is uniquely handmade, I do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces. As for the pieces that are already made (anything in the one of a kind section), I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact alexa@fromisla.com with questions regarding returns. From Isla is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit. I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed. 

The first resizing is complimentary with purchase of the piece (except for rings with wide bands) after that the resizing fee starts at $40.

Wide band rings will have a resizing fee starting at $100, the invoice will be emailed separately after purchase of the piece.

All fees depend on the design and size of the band. Email me with any questions!

Most rings can be resized up or down 2 sizes. Note the product descriptions for the exact size range.

If your ring size is out of the size range for resizing, depending on the style and gems used, I may be able to recreate the ring for you in your desired size.

Please be sure of your ring size before purchasing. If you are in doubt of your size, contact alexa@fromisla.com for help determining the correct size.

Each ring comes packaged suede ring bag or box. Necklaces are placed in a white and gold branded necklace box. I use a suede branded bag for earrings.

Everything comes wrapped in tissue paper like a gift!

Rings come with a polishing cloth.

I avoid using plastic in my packaging where possible.

I don't include any prices in the packaging, making it easy to gift as is!
