As each piece is uniquely handmade, each piece is final sale. I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so please contact alexa@fromisla.com with questions regarding returns. From Isla is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit. I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed.
