Shipping:

All orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry. Please let me know if you wish you waive this option.

Once your order has shipped I can no longer edit the shipping address, delivery time, or waive the signature. That will be your responsibility to contact the shipping service and make any changes.

I now offer Redo shipping insurance. Selecting this option at checkout ensures full coverage for your order in case of loss or damage during transit.

Please note that if you do not choose this option, your package will not be insured, and I cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage once in transit.

International shipping:

The international shipping option at check out may change depending on the location and shipping speed you choose. All of this will be discussed once your piece is ready to ship. However feel free to email with any questions before you purchase!

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns:

As each piece is uniquely handmade, I do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces. As for the pieces that are already made (anything in the one of a kind section), I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact alexa@fromisla.com with questions regarding returns.

From Isla is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit. I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed. 

Soak in warm water with a drop of dish soap to help remove any buildup and gently dry off with a cloth. If further cleaning is needed, a soft bristle tooth brush can be used to gently scrub hard to reach places with warm soapy water. You should remove your jewelry when exercising, cleaning, applying lotions, or doing any hard labor. Take extra care with soft stones such as opals and emeralds. When in doubt, take it off. 

For made to order and custom made rings: a sizing fee will apply depending on the size required. If you need help determining your size, just ask!

One of a kind and ready to ship rings: the first resize is complimentary. Include your prefered size in the notes box on the cart page or email me!

Resizing time is typically around 1-3 weeks.

If your ring size is out of the size range for resizing, depending on the style and gems used, I may be able to recreate the ring for you in your desired size.

Please be sure of your ring size before purchasing. If you are in doubt of your size, contact alexa@fromisla.com for help determining the correct size.

My pieces are carefully packaged in beautifully branded ring boxes and suede bags, wrapped up in tissue paper, and tied with a bow.

I don't include any prices in the packaging, making it easy to gift as is!
